Therapy for Pregnancy, Birth Trauma & Reproductive Healing in Colorado
Terapia para personas con sistemas reproductivos
Relational | Trauma informed | Social Justice informed
I believe reproductive experiences deserve trauma-informed care.
Whether your story involves excitement, grief, fear, uncertainty, or all of those emotions at once, there isn't a "right" way to experience pregnancy or reproductive health.
Together we can explore how these experiences live within your nervous system, body, and relationships. Using EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic therapy, we'll gently work toward reducing the intensity of painful memories, rebuilding trust in your body, and helping you feel more connected to yourself.
I also recognize that reproductive experiences are deeply shaped by culture, family expectations, gender identity, medical systems, and systemic inequities. My goal is to create a space where your unique story is honored not compared or minimized.
You might be looking for support if you have…
Medical trauma during pregnancy, labor, or gynecological care
Fear or distrust of doctors after medical experiences
Shame surrounding sexuality or reproductive health
Pregnancy after infertility or pregnancy loss
Birth that didn't go as planned
PMOS, Endometriosis, infertility
