Relationship intensives are immersive experiences designed to help you and your partner heal, reconnect and grow

Over the course of 1 to 4 days, we’ll dive deep into the core issues affecting your relationship using powerful methods like EMDR, Brainspotting & IFIO (intimacy from the inside out). These intensives provide you with a dedicated and intentional space for lasting transformation where we will explore beliefs, fears and desires.

  • You feel stuck in reoccurring conflicts and want to break out of patterns that feel unsupportive

  • Are struggling with emotional and/or physical disconnection and want to rekindle intimacy

  • Have experienced a breach of trust and need a intentional space to rebuild it

  • Want to address unresolved trauma or emotional wounds from a past relationship or childhood that is affecting your relationship.

  • You desire deep and transformative change & are prepared to turn inwards individually and as a couple

  • You are looking for an immersive experience where the focus is just on you two and the relational system.
