During an individual trauma intensive, we will explore a traumatic event, experience, or belief that has been impacting your life. Once we identify a target, we will determine the blend of modalities and trauma-informed techniques that best suit your needs. This may include EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS, and Somatic Therapy, and the approach will be unique to your individual case.
We will take the time to create a personalized path for you, based on the duration of your intensive and the number of targets we plan to explore, process, and work through together. This is a deep dive experience designed to help you heal and move forward.

If you’ve been seeking an immersive healing experience, individual intensives might be exactly what you need. Traditional weekly therapy sessions often leave us with only 20-30 minutes to dive into the heart of our trauma, process emotions, and integrate new insights within a 50-minute timeframe. It’s easy to get caught up in updating your therapist on your week, which can leave little room for deeper healing work. With an intensive, you get focused, uninterrupted time dedicated to working through a specific target, allowing you to make more significant progress in a concentrated period.

When you sign up for an individual intensive, you can expect to experience deep emotional healing. We'll work together to address and process unresolved trauma, childhood wounds, and emotional blocks that have been holding you back in life and relationships. As we explore your inner world, you’ll gain greater self-awareness, discovering how your different parts (as understood in IFS) influence your behaviors and relationships, which helps you reconnect with your authentic self.
You’ll also have the opportunity to shift long-standing emotional and relational patterns that may have felt stuck or unchangeable. We’ll work to free you from those ingrained cycles, allowing for lasting change. Through the use of EMDR or Brainspotting , we’ll release trauma that’s been stored in both your mind and body, helping you feel more integrated and whole. By the end of your intensive, you can expect a sense of clarity and relief, as well as peace from the weight of past pain. You’ll walk away with a clearer, more hopeful path forward on your healing journey.
